Do you burn easily in the summer sun? Then this new product manufactured by Osmosis Skincare could be your dream come true.
This is drinkable SPF everyone! No need to slather on that suntan lotion every two hours, plus after every time you go for a swim. The American company Osmosis Skincare claims that once ingested, “the products liquid molecules vibrate on the skin, canceling out 97 per cent of UVA and UVB rays,” as state on a Daily Mail article.
The product takes about an hour to go into effect, so if you are going out into the sun right away it is advised that you apply alternate sun protection for that first hour. Once you have taken your first dose of the Harmonized H20 UV Neutralizer, you should repeat that dosage of 2 ml every 4 hours while still exposed to the sun.
The Harmonized H20 is currently on sale for $30 per 100 ml bottle. There are two options as well: a tanning variety, and a non-tanning variety, depending on whether you want to achieve a tan while out in the sunlight. The tanning option still would protect your skin from the harmful effects of UV rays.

It is important to note before you go purchasing a bottle online that this product has not been approved by the Federal Drug Administration, nor has it been endorsed by any known dermatologists.
Founder of Osmosis Skincare Dr. Ben Johnson states on the company’s website that the coverage Harmonized H20 UV Neutralizer provides is equal if not better than that of topical sunblocks:
“This is similar to the amount of UV reflection created by SPF 30 titanium/zinc sunblocks but distinctly better than UVB chemical sunscreens which prevent certain damage that leads to the visible/painful/inflammation reaction we identify as sun damage.” – Dr. Ben Johnson, founder Osmosis Skincare
While there are positive consumer testimonials on the product already, it’s advised to exercise caution when using any product that is not FDA approved nor supported by scientific evidence or clinical research proving the UV protection is actually legitimate.
