Check out this great animation from Oral-B demonstrating the proper technique. The video shows an electric toothbrush. The same steps apply, but with a manual toothbrush you have to do the rotations yourself. \u00a0(Consider it an arm workout as well! Just don’t completely skip the gym.)<\/p>\n
